The client’s original operation mode was that two operators manually loaded the nose hose to the cutting machine, which was time-consuming and labor-intensive. After completing the automatic nose hose cutting machine, the customer only needs to replenish the workpiece and receive the finished product every few hours. Well, the labor cost in the production process is significantly reduced.
The purpose of this project is to replace the operator’s repetitive and mechanized loading and unloading tasks. Initially, the operator needed to identify the direction of the product and then put the effect on the cutting machine to complete the cutting operation. The central part of the production process:
