Well-known convenience store chains produce tens of thousands of bread in the central kitchen every day. After packaging, labeling, and basketing, distribute to all Taiwan parts.
This time, our task is to automatically coat the dough with egg wash by customizing the automatic machine to achieve a multi-purpose machine most economically and efficiently—the study of brushing egg wash on a variety of bread.
This project aims to replace the repetitive and mechanized tasks of egg-washing workers. The main challenge is that the human hand can freely control the force, and the robotic arm must achieve the same brushing force control as the human hand, and at the same time, achieve the same efficiency as the manual. This time we offer the most significant added value.
Through the programming of the ABB robotic arm, we have designed 16 different types of bread painting modes. Customers can use the human-machine interface to select the painting modes of different sizes and shapes of bread, replacing two laborers— maintaining the product quality while saving labor costs.
